Hi, my name is Mary! I'm the designer behind Maiden Mary Designs.

A few years ago during a challenging time, I needed a peaceful creative outlet, so I pulled my old sewing machine off the top shelf of my closet and decided to make a dress. I began to aimlessly cut fabric then let myself get lost in the art of creating. From then on I was hooked and I continued sewing garments which eventually led to requests for custom pieces. However, I was set on keeping sewing all to myself as a calm and peaceful hobby…

A few years later I felt God starting to nudge my shoulder as opportunities continuously presented themselves. More people were reaching out for custom garments and sewing patterns of my designs, and it was all too clear for me to say no. It felt as though God was telling me to share this beautiful thing that brings me joy with others, and perhaps it will bring them joy too.

That is my hope for Maiden Mary Designs, that wearing clothing sewn with lots of love will make you feel beautiful and bring you joy!
